He/She will define the key product positioning and drive the go-to-market plan to meet business objectives of Kores- DTC. This position will work closely with Product Management and Sales. He/She will help handle external product positioning, messaging, and collateral as well as the website and the full library of sales enablement materials. The role demands an understanding of the Consumer Electronics market, exposure to customer buying journeys, design, marketing automation platforms, analytics. He/she should be able to translate this knowledge into high-impact materials that clearly communicate our product value to the marketplace and achieve practices business goals.

Market Segmentation, Opportunity Analysis, Voice of the Customer, Competitive Analysis.
Conduct Market Research, understand buying behavior, product composition. Conduct periodic product analysis and optimize as needed.

Build high-impact internal and customer-facing artifacts that demonstrate the value and advantage of our products
Develop product category-specific content and materials to better reach target industries and partner-specific materials to support our key channel partners and resellers
Build and manage the content creation across Online and Offline channels, for both internal and external customers.
Co-ordinate and manage the e-commerce efforts for Kores DTC across the Online Marketplaces as well as the current website.
Responsible for the marketing, online reputation management of the brand.
Loyalty Programs, Reference Management
Product Quality & Customer Happiness Monitoring
Develop and handle customer marketing/reference materials including case studies, customer videos, and customer profiles
Marketing Return on investment
Develop and track budgets.
Measure success of various marketing campaigns.
