Objective of the Job:
Understand the Service business thoroughly especially in the Office Automation & IT space to generate new service business opportunities directly with a tie-up with the manufacturer or as a 3rd party service provider. The candidate should have extensive experience to accomplice goals and targets. He should be able to lead and direct the team to achieve the desired goals. He should have an innovative approach. He should be process oriented and achieve customer delight by service excellence.

Job Description:

Relationship building with the major players in the Office Automation & IT business. Should be able to position our service offerings to influence them in accepting our solutions.

To achieve the new service business through the projected verticals and delivery of the same by maintaining the profit margin on the monthly and quarterly basis.

Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused towards that mission.

To have in-depth understanding of handling services business and best practices followed in the industry and keep ahead of Industries developments.

Identify potential new service business opportunities in advance to position ourselves.

Proper control and utilization of resources to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.

To improve business process and services by adopting best IT based software system.

Should be thorough in Sales management and Account management processes.

To organize training for the team, motivate, undertake joint customer calls.

Reporting and forecasting through close monitoring of the service business activities conducted at the branches, prospect building, execution of deliverables, collation of documents at branches to ensure collection of payments on time.

To have full knowledge of the competitor's practices and strive to benchmark them & improve it further by innovative service delivery strategy.


Maintain optimum stock levels to avoid cost overruns and reordering on a timely basis.
