Title: Secretary TO ED

Location: Mahim and Andheri

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director.
  • Type memos, letters, presentations and some preparation of spreadsheets,
    charts etc.
  • Calendar preparation for the entire week/month.
  • Client Management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings.
  • Prepare expense reports.
  • Ticket booking & Hotel booking/visa arrangements.
  • Coordinate activities and appointments.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Internal Coordination.
QUALIFICATION: Any Graduate with post-graduation in management in Finance

EXPERIENCE: 3+ years experience in similar role
