Location: Mahim and Andheri
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Director.
- Type memos, letters, presentations and some preparation of spreadsheets,
- Calendar preparation for the entire week/month.
- Client Management.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meetings.
- Prepare expense reports.
- Ticket booking & Hotel booking/visa arrangements.
- Coordinate activities and appointments.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Internal Coordination.
EXPERIENCE: 3+ years experience in similar role
