Job Description


End to End recruitment Hands-on knowledge.
Update top management on the cost and TAT of recruitment activities.
Deliver as per SLAs

Performance Management System (PMS):

Liaison with Functional Heads to finalize the KRA's of employees.
Review the KRA on a periodical basis.
Complying with Performance management and Confirmation processes.
Finalizing & representing the increment file in front of management.

Policy Reframing:

Formation of new policies in consultation with Head - HR.
Successful implementation of new policies.
Monitoring & presenting complete feedback to the management on stipulated time intervals.

Employee Relations:

Involved in grievance handling and counseling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating Employee Satisfaction.
Conduct Employee Engagement Programs & Initiatives.

Joining Formalities:

Preparing and issuing of Appointment Letter.

Exit Formalities:

Implementing and executing Exit Formalities and clearance from other departments.
Coordinate and conduct an exit interview, analyze feedback, providing exit feedback to the management and initiate corrective action.

HR General Operations:

Issuing of letters such as Offer Letter, Appointment letter, Increment letter, Confirmation letter, Promotion letter, Relieving letter, Experience letter, and Disciplinary letter, etc.


Working on SAP for complete Human Resources process.

Personal & Professional skills-set:

Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience
Good analytical skills with a grasp on Excel / PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal & written communication with professional acumen.
Time Management skills, Multitask, Team Management skills.
Action Oriented.
Skilled in handling employees, maintaining a peaceful & amicable work environment in the organization and initiating measures for the mutual benefit of the management & staff
Experience in Background Verification, Salary Administration, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development.


Desired Candidate Profile

3+ years of HR Generalist experience. (Only Male Candidate)
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Good with Excel / PowerPoint.
Multitasking, Team Management, and Time Management.agement and Time Management.


PG:MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations
