1. Will be responsible for the sales and distribution of Kores Office Products (stationary) division products in Mumbai, thane Raigad, Maharashtra, Vidharbha, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh & Goa.
2. Should have worked in all these territories and should be western head position in FMCG or stationary company.
3. Should possess skills to appoint appropriate Manpower and lead them confidently.
4. should have good experience in beat planning, sales & distribution network planning.
5. Will be responsible for Sales ie TOP Line as well as bottom line i.e. profits.
6. Training of the sales team by examples is one of his key roles.
7. Reviews to be taken on weekly basis on tasks vs achievement of team
mates and self.
8. Team meetings will be more of increasing their productivity and new outlet activations.
9. Should generate newer ideas/schemes and execute the same to increase market share.
10. Reporting has to be as per pre-set timelines and in the discipline.
11. Should carry a knowhow/experience in CFA/super stockists or Depot Management
12. Will have to play an important role in stocks planning & indenting.
13. Financial discipline is one of his vital KRAs.
14. Stock aging and monitoring to reduce stocks level to less than 6 months old in entire chain is also his responsibility.
15. Market working is one of his core job responsibilities in order to establish a good network.
16. He will be handling a team of Branch Managers, ASMs and sales officers, hence should have good experience in managing a team.
17.Should ensure secondary sales to ensure the team delivers results through retail distribution and phased wise primary planning.
18.Should be good at excel and mail coordination.
