Junior Executive – EHS

Roles and Responsibilities

• Continue to develop, implement and manage the EHS management system which includes ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18001 systems.
• Conduct risk/hazard and aspect/impact assessment to identify, evaluate and control hazards and risk associated with business processes.
• Facilitate incident investigations and monitor corrective/preventive measures.
• Initiate strategic moves towards continual improvement.
• Ensures the work permit system.
• Conduct EHS trainings and create awareness about Environment & Safety.
• Ensures continual improvement of EHS performance in day-to-day operations
• Ensures availability of all equipments and machines under Factories Act.
• Ensures working and maintenance of all safety equipments.
• Conduct safety audits, safety committee meetings & mock drills.
• Ensure the compliance of safety observations, audits, and inspections.
• Ensure working of ETP, RO, MEE and ATFD.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in team, leadership, persuasive, analytical ability, Having good knowledge of SAP, MS Office etc, 

Candidate from API & ADIS will be preferred
