Roles and Responsibilities

Looking for the person from API (Pharma) Industries having Excellent knowledge of cGMP training, Shall be a Certified cGMP trainer and EDQM Audits its compliance, He shall work with all supervisors, staff, and managers for successful completions of Various Audits of API (Pharma) Industries. Shall be able to handle and make training material and training module and its implementation at Shop floor, Shall be well versed with

1. Induction training -

2. Personal hygiene training.

3. CGMP training.

4. Training in good documentation practices.

5. on the job training.

6. 7. Evaluation after training and at regular intervals.
8. To work and evolve training needs as per the responsibility of the persons.

9. Training Appraisal and evaluation.

10. Competency matrix after the training.

11. Refresher training.

12. Should have been involved in preparation of Audit.

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in team, leadership, persuasive, analytical ability, Team Management, Having good knowledge of CGMP training and EDQM Audit SAP, MS Office etc,
